Quality Control
Research Supply Standards
All products supplied by PeptideHub are provided strictly for Research Use Only (RUO).
They are:
- Not licensed medicinal products
- Not intended for human or veterinary use
- Not supplied for clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic application
We do not provide medical advice, administration guidance, or dosing information. Product presentation, labelling, and documentation are structured to remain within a laboratory research framework consistent with UK regulatory guidance issued by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency regarding product classification and presentation.
Batch Integrity & Traceability
Each product unit is linked to a unique batch/lot number to ensure full traceability.
For every batch, we retain controlled documentation including:
- Supplier/manufacturing reference (where applicable)
- Date of receipt and intake verification
- Associated analytical documentation
- Storage conditions and internal handling records
- Distribution records linked to batch identifiers
This structured record-keeping enables clear traceability from incoming stock through to dispatch.
Analytical Documentation
Where available, batch-specific analytical documentation is retained to support verification of:
- Material identity
- Reported purity
- Batch consistency
Analytical documentation may reference established laboratory techniques such as chromatographic analysis (e.g., HPLC/UPLC) and identity confirmation methods where applicable.
Where purity percentages are stated, they reflect the batch documentation retained on file.
Certificates of Analysis (COAs), when provided, are batch-specific laboratory records of analytical findings. A COA documents test results; it does not constitute regulatory approval or marketing authorisation.
Storage & Handling Controls
To preserve material integrity, we apply handling and storage controls appropriate to laboratory research materials, including:
- Condition-controlled storage where required
- Batch segregation
- Structured stock rotation
- Packaging integrity checks prior to dispatch
Any storage guidance provided relates solely to maintaining product stability as a laboratory material.
Documentation & Record Retention
We maintain retained records of:
- Batch documentation
- Supplier records
- Analytical documentation
- Customer order linkage to batch numbers
These records support traceability, quality review, and responsible supply practices.
Responsible Presentation
We do not:
- Claim MHRA approval or licensing
- Represent products as medicines
- Provide therapeutic claims
- Provide administration or dosage protocols
All products are supplied exclusively as laboratory research materials.
Responsible Supply
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where purchase activity appears inconsistent with legitimate research supply.
