Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within one working day of payment confirmation.

Orders placed before 3pm (UK time) are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Royal Mail tracking information.

Shipping Method

 All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 to ensure reliable and secure delivery.

While most deliveries arrive the next working day after dispatch, please allow up to 3 working days for delivery in the event of postal delays.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in secure and discreet packaging. No product information appears on the exterior of the parcel.

Protective packaging is used where necessary to help maintain product integrity during transit.

Delivery Issues
